Mike "Smalls" Laird (Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Battery and Visual Technician)

Mike Laird is from and resides in Pickerington, Ohio outside Columbus. He currently is a full time student in Paramedic School at Columbus State. Mike is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for the YMCA of Central Ohio. He also is an emergency medical technician and trainer for the Ohio High School Hockey Association.

In 2002 and 2005 Mike was a member of Matrix.  Mike marched with the Capital Regiment in 2003 and went on to play bass drum with the Blue Devils in 2004 and in 2005.  Mike was the Strength, Conditioning & Wellness Coordinator for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps for the 2007 season.
